One of the best ways to ensure that your machines will run smoothly is to schedule preventative maintenance visits. We recommend that this should be done annually. To put it into more everyday terms – it’s the same idea as annual servicing for your car.
Why is this important? Machines have moving parts. With regular use, some of these parts will need to be replaced on a regular basis – most commonly bearings and timing belts. During a preventative maintenance visit our engineer will carry out a full check of your machine. Our engineer will advise of any parts that show wear and tear. These will be replaced with your agreement if they are deemed unfit for another year of operation.
Annual preventative maintenance visits mean that you will have less unscheduled downtime – potential problems are identified and rectified before they become a problem that effects your production.
As part of the visit, our engineer will carry out a full calibration of your machine.
